 世界愛滋日 葛謨: 州府新規嘉惠更多患者


1日是世界愛滋病日(World AIDS Day)，州長葛謨(Andrew Cuomo)30日宣布，紐約州正朝著2020年降低愛滋感染率的目標前進，並指出州府新規會提高未投保愛滋患者獲得醫療保障的最低收入標準，保證更多患者都能獲得充足幫助抵抗疾病。

葛謨表示，紐約州在對抗愛滋病方面取得重要成績，根據州衛生廳的數據，紐約新確診的病例數已連續第三年呈下降趨勢，2017年為2769起，比2014年下降20%。紐約市方面，2017年有2157起確診的新病例，比2016年的2279起還下降5.4%。

更值得一提的是，去年新確診病例數字在不同性別、年齡、族群群體中都在下降，雖然在不同族裔群體間的愛滋診斷率仍有較顯著差異，但從2007年起，每10萬名新診斷患者中，非洲裔數量已下降52%，西語裔則下降42%。

數據還顯示，有更多新被診斷愛滋及已經攜帶病毒一定時日的人在接受治療，其中通過藥物獲得有效控制的人數也在持續上升。而紐約州因曾注射毒品而感染愛滋的人數去年達到歷史新低，只有110人，比2014年的153人降低28%，在上世紀90年代愛滋高發時期，每年都有好幾千人因注射毒品而感染。

為了提高愛滋病患者接受治療的數量，紐約州衛生廳還更新了收入標準，讓收入達到聯邦貧困線500%的患者也能參加未投保醫療項目，具體信息可查詢https://www.health.ny.gov/diseases/aids/general/resources/adap/。

紐約州衛生廳在過去四年獲得超過2000萬元資金來提供愛滋預防、篩檢、普及和治療服務，接下來衛生廳會大力推廣抗逆轉錄病毒(anti-retroviral)藥物，幫助更多新患者及時治療。






 怕「刺」眼？男星掩飾刺青 挨轟大牌


日本演員藤岡靛因在NHK晨間劇《阿淺》飾演「大阪經濟之父」暴紅，但他近日被爆出耍大牌，透過經紀公司表明不拍裸露鏡頭，出席活動、拍照也一概不露，讓合作單位相當苦腦。

日本媒體報導，據悉藤岡靛是不想露出手臂上的老虎刺青，才堅持不拍裸露鏡頭。但也有一說是他疏於鍛鍊，變胖才不願裸露，經紀公司雖否認相關傳聞，卻也未再提出確切的理由。知情人士透露，藤岡靛現在常上新聞性節目，探討環境、社會議題，可能擔心老虎刺青讓形象扣分，才拒絕裸露演出。
