我不會跑！女酒駕拒檢 逆向飆2公里撞警
有女子酒駕拒檢還衝撞警方！新北市土城4日晚間9點多，一名邱姓騎士沿路搖搖晃晃被員警攔查，結果她不停車，沿路狂飆，逆向還闖紅燈，最後在金城路撞警車才倒地，被支援警力壓制，只是女子酒駕不是頭一回，之前就有前科。
從機車上摔下來，騎士跌坐在地，但她多次企圖掙脫想逃，警方調查邱姓嫌犯無照駕駛，又有酒駕前科，這回酒測值還高達0.42，結果半路遇上攔檢才會想逃，完全藐視公權力，警方一項一項算，騎士除了面臨公共危險，和妨礙公務罪之外，沒有駕照，再加上沿路逆向闖紅燈，至少得付12萬元的罰單！

批私校退場浪潮 高教國教思維應不同
【台灣醒報記者楊蕓台北報導】受少子化浪潮侵襲，許多私校面臨退場危機，但欲轉型的亞太創意技術學院卻引發企業禿鷹爭校產的爭議。教育部長潘文忠12日在立法院強調，《私立大專校院轉型及退場條例》對於退場學校的校產處理會從嚴審查，絕不會讓學校賤賣或圖利校產。民進黨立委蘇巧慧則認為，辦理私校轉型不應只是為了因應少子化，教育部處理高教和國教的思維也不應一致，呼籲重新檢討高教及國教的部門分屬。
亞太創意技術學院2年前由怡盛集團接手後，不僅積欠教師研究費，還造成500位學生被強迫轉學或休學，包括時代力量立委洪慈庸、民進黨立委張廖萬堅等紛紛要求教育部正視亞太師生權益。教育部長潘文忠則鄭重表示，「亞太必須在31日前提出改善計畫，否則教育部將依《私校法》，向法院申請解散董事會。」
除了亞太創意技術學院，受到少子化衝擊，近期更接連發生南亞技術學院「賣地求生」、高美醫護管理專科學校107學年度起停招等案例。潘文忠表示，《私立大專校院轉型及退場條例》是本會期的重要法案之一，對於退場學校後續的校產處理問題，教育部一律從嚴審查，且學校要處分任何資產都必須經過主管機關同意，絕不可能讓私校賤賣或圖利校產。
但民進黨立委蘇巧慧認為，教育部討論私校轉型退場時著重在學校的經營與存續，但訂定《私立大專校院轉型及退場條例》最大的目的應在於提升教學品質及保障受教權，「少子化與否根本不是重點」，此外，未來學生少，反而能成為改善師生比、教學品質的契機，「學校經營怎會優先於學生受教權？」
蘇巧慧強調，辦理私校轉型不應是只是為了因應少子化，且現行只要全校未達3千人且近2年註冊率未達6成，就會遭教育部列為專案輔導退場學校，「學校規模小、學生少就真的不好嗎？」她指出，像是美國加州理工學院、英國皇家藝術學院等，許多世界名校的學生都少於3千人，可見人數多寡並不等同教學品質。
「高等教育應強調『專』和『精』，為國家培養特定人才，而國教要的是『公平』和『普及』。」蘇巧慧說，教育部處理高教和國教的思維不應一致，但現在全部都由教育部管轄，從業務、預算、補助計畫來看，與高教更相關的其實是科技部，認為應重新檢討高教及國教的部門分屬。
